The Global Learning ExchangeTM (GLX) has established a constructive synergy with the Read and Earn Federation for UNESCO under the NEPAD EY and will be implemented on the TAP Category 2.9 platform to launch and promote an education and skills development program, with relevant schemes such as the master’s support program and to incorporate job offers abroad for the best graduating students. TAPians have an added advantage.

Theis synergy with GLX will provide a modern multiple study GLX Hub facilities – a networked space, shared facilities, providing access to learning facilities and opportunities to interact in person or online with individuals – across the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria, to be equipped with laptops, high speed internet, e-library along with a positive study environment, access to technology, academic guidance and counselling which will provide GLX participants the opportunity to matriculate and graduate with top international GLX university partners in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

JOB CREATION AND EMPLOYMENT.

The synergy wll optimize  job opportunities and employment at GLX Hubs, for qualified local personnel with relevant experiences and expertise, to manage the day-to-day operations of the hub and to provide administrative and academic support services to GLX participants, fully paid for by GLX.

CAREER SUPPORT AND MENTAL HEALTH WELLBEING

Each Hub will provide wraparound support encompassing academic guidance, counselling and mental wellbeing services, and career planning and support, with a strong emphasis on retention and employability.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER

This synergy will provide operational processes, training and certification of all employees related to GLX.
