The Read and Earn Federation for UNESCO (UNESCO REF) is a multi-sectoral Institute established to enhance UN/UNESCO’s mandate within Nigeria’s broad educational and human resource sector, with presences across the nooks and crannies of Nigeria (Host Nation). Through schools /communities network, states and local government representatives across the federation including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Furthermore; UNESCO REF is financially and legally autonomous, and is committed to enhancing requisite competencies among Nigerian youth through various globally informed programs and activities which aligns with the nation’s priorities and aspirations.
Short Term goal
To work in cooperation with relevant Government entities, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and private sector stakeholders who share our priorities to maximize the efficacy of state and non-state efforts toward the actualization of the United Nations global goals, particularly, within the educational, economic growth and partnership sectors.
