The Global Learning ExchangeTM (GLX) has established a constructive synergy with the Read and Earn Federation for UNESCO under the NEPAD EY and will be implemented on the TAP Category 2.9 platform to launch and promote an education and skills development program, with relevant schemes such as the master’s support program and to incorporate job offers abroad for the best graduating students.
