The Strategic Intervention Programme – Alpha (SIP‑ALPHA)is a flagship initiative of the Read and Earn Federation for UNESCO (UNESCO REF), conceived in 2022 in alignment with UNESCO REF’s frameworks and global priorities.

Designed as a comprehensive response to critical development challenges, SIP‑ALPHA operates under a unified strategic framework and is structured into 15 categories of intervention, each serving as a pillar of transformative action.

Together, these categories encompass a wide spectrum of projects that reflect UNESCO REF’s multidimensional mandate. By integrating them into a single coordinated programme, SIP‑ALPHA ensures coherence, maximizes impact, and strengthens alignment with international standards and best practices.

The programme is under the distinguished leadership of Prince Ladigbolu ‑ Oranmiyan, a Senior Fellow of the United Kingdom Association of Business Executives (ABE), who serves as the Principal Director of SIP‑ALPHA, providing vision and strategic direction. In addition, The Lichfield Partners and Associates serve as the Strategic Advisory and Global Diplomatic Implementation Partner, the international execution arm and strategic compass of SIP‑ALPHA.

Their role is diplomatic, visionary, and transformation ensuring that SIP‑ALPHA is delivered with precision, global credibility, and elite partnerships.
